Cholita and Alpaca
For my graphic design project at the University of Rochester, I explored geometric shapes and colors using Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, and Photoshop. Drawing from my cultural heritage, I created a design inspired by the Cholitas of South America and the alpaca, symbols of tradition and resilience. I used geometric forms like circles and triangles, along with bold, vibrant colors, to represent the textures of traditional textiles and the earthy tones of alpaca wool. The final piece blends cultural motifs with modern design techniques, reflecting both my heritage and my growth as a designer.
